笔挺的深色西装,腰背异常笔直,高大的身材在镁光灯下更加挺拔。李瑞昇站在ABB第二届大学生创新大赛的评审现场,身后是黑色彩板上是蓝色的活动主题“创新畅想未来”。创新是ABB公司的核心文化之一。在李瑞昇眼里,创新不仅融入在具体工作中,他自己在ABB的职业发展也充满创新思维。在2012年底被任命为ABB北亚区及中国人力资源负责人之前,李瑞昇曾先后在ABB做过下属公司的总裁,负责过营销,管理过并购,而他最初所学的专业是财务!
