针对生产中对塑件翘曲变形的要求,提出以描述指定特征翘曲程度的特征翘曲度来评价塑件的翘曲变形。通过优化特征翘曲度,将数值模拟和优化技术相结合,提出一种注塑模具浇口位置设计方法。实例证明了该方法可有效指导浇口位置的设计。
In order to meet the requirement of warpage of plastic parts in production, warping deformation of plastic parts is evaluated by the characteristic warpage, which describes the degree of warping of the specified features. By optimizing the characteristic warpage and combining the numerical simulation and optimization techniques, a method for designing the gate position of injection mold is proposed. The example shows that this method can effectively guide the design of the gate location.
