建设学习型党组织是建设马克思主义学习型政党的基础工程。军队学习型党组织具有学习成员主体性、学习理念先进性、学习环境开放性、学习管理规范性等基本特征。建构军队学习型党组织是顺应时代发展、建设学习型军队、加强自身建设和培养军事人才的现实需要,必须更新学习理念、拓展学习领域、改进学习方式、完善学习机制。
Building a Learning Party Organization is the Foundation Project for Building a Learning Party of Marxism. The military learning party organizations have such basic features as the subjectivity of learning members, the advanced nature of learning concepts, the openness of the learning environment, and the normative management of learning. The construction of military learning party organizations is a realistic need of complying with the development of the times, building a learning army and strengthening self-construction and training of military personnel. It is necessary to update learning concepts, expand learning areas, improve learning styles and improve learning mechanisms.
