传统班级授课制无法发挥出学生的主体性,对于教学效率的提高也是不利的。而分层教学则能够实现从教学资源开发及利用、教学内容选取、教学目标设定、教学设计等各个环节对学生全面发展的考虑,依据学生发展水平的不同去实现因材施教。本文首先对分层教学理论在初中英语教学中的可行性进行了分析,然后对分层教学对初中英语教学策略的影响进行了分析,最后设计了适宜初中英语进行分层教学的策略。
The traditional class teaching system can not give play to the students’ subjectivity and is also unfavorable to the improvement of teaching efficiency. Layered teaching can realize the all-round development of students from various aspects such as the development and utilization of teaching resources, the selection of teaching contents, the teaching goal setting, teaching design and so on. According to the different development level of students, students can be taught according to their aptitude. This paper first analyzes the feasibility of stratified teaching theory in junior high school English teaching, then analyzes the influence of stratified teaching on junior high school English teaching strategy, and finally designs a suitable junior middle school English teaching strategy.
