用化学分析法测定红花油茶果的果皮、茶籽壳、茶籽仁中的主要成分,用毛细管气相色谱法分析红花油茶籽油的脂肪酸组成,并对茶籽仁的子叶细胞形态进行观察.结果表明:红花油茶籽仁(干基)中粗脂肪含量为60.3%,粗蛋白质含量为8.8%,茶皂素含量为10.34%;红花油茶籽壳(干基)中粗蛋白质含量为2.5%,粗纤维为73.4%,茶皂素含量为4.08%;红花油茶果的果皮(干基)中粗蛋白质含量为4.0%,粗纤维为31.1%,茶皂素含量为20.05%;红花油茶果子叶细胞平均大小为64.2μm×60.8μm,细胞壁平均厚度为3.03μm,细胞壁厚度与细胞大小的比值为7.76×10-4,细胞内脂体为椭圆形,大小为1.0~1.3μm.以上数据表明,红花油茶果可用作食品、化工和化妆品工业原料.对油脂的脂肪酸组成测定表明,红花油茶籽油属油酸型油,油中不饱和脂肪酸含量高达84.83%,其脂肪酸组成符合现代保健油脂的标准.
Chemical analysis was used to determine the main components in the pericarp, tea seed hulls and tea seed kernels of Camellia oleifera fruit. The fatty acid composition of Camellia oleifera seed oil was analyzed by capillary gas chromatography and the morphology of cotyledon cells was observed The results showed that the contents of crude fat, saponin and crude saponin were 60.3%, 8.8% and 10.34%, respectively. The crude protein content of safflower seed oil (dry basis) was 2.5% of crude fiber, 73.4% of crude fiber and 4.08% of tea saponin. The content of crude protein was 4.0%, the crude fiber was 31.1%, the content of tea saponin was 20.05% The average size of the leaf cells of Camellia oleifera fruit was 64.2μm × 60.8μm, the average thickness of cell wall was 3.03μm, the ratio of cell wall thickness to cell size was 7.76 × 10-4, and the intracellular lipid body was oval with the size of 1.0-1.3μm. The above data show that safflower tea chamomile can be used as food, chemical and cosmetic industry raw materials.The determination of fatty acid composition of the oil shows that safflower camellia oil is an oleic acid oil, the content of unsaturated fatty acid in the oil is as high as 84.83%, and its fatty acid Composition of modern health grease standards.
