BXSB小鼠是从美国Jackson实验室引进的纯系小鼠,可自发罹患系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)其发病与性别及年龄密切相关。我们对4、5、6月龄的雌雄BXSB小鼠的血清丙种球蛋白(丙球)及尿蛋白进行了检测,结果表明,各月龄雄性BXSB小鼠的血清丙球水平及尿蛋白含量均高于同月龄雌性BXSB小鼠的相应值,其差别有显著性(P<0.01)。我们所测得雄性BXSB小鼠的这两项指标的异常表现,与文献中关于BXSB小鼠发病与性别及月龄关系的报道是一致的。鉴于这两项检测方法比较简便,用其作为监测小鼠SLE发病的指标,对于研究小鼠SLE发病的影响因素和治疗措施有一定实用意义。
BXSB mice are pure mice introduced from Jackson Laboratories in the United States. They can develop systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) spontaneously. The incidence of SLE is closely related to gender and age. We tested serum gamma globulin and urinary protein in male and female BXSB mice at 4, 5, and 6 months of age. The results showed that the serum levels of propofol and urinary protein in male BXSB mice Higher than the same age female BXSB mice corresponding value, the difference was significant (P <0.01). The abnormalities of these two markers in our study of male BXSB mice are consistent with those reported in the literature about the incidence and gender and age of BXSB mice. In view of these two test methods is relatively simple, using it as an indicator of monitoring the incidence of SLE in mice for the study of the impact of SLE pathogenesis and treatment measures have some practical significance.
