本项目集会所、住宅、商用等功能于一体,依托天地湾国际复合生活区优质平台,国际高尚居住板块一期新亚洲主义院墅,将国际品质与东方文脉有机结合,将城市繁华与自然生态有机结合,营造了浓郁的新亚洲主义院墅风情。院墅顶部整体采用缓坡坡屋顶大挑檐设计,彰显浓重汉唐风韵,与纵向立面现代、简洁的质感和谐相依。以及30%大面积的石材运用与红褐色面砖相间的建筑立面共同勾勒出富于变幻的建筑肌理,突显尊贵质感的同时更添厚重的文化底蕴。在会所空间部分,设计师在天花、窗棂的设计中融入中国国花“牡丹花”的概念元素,并籍以用现代手法加以表达,营造了极具中国人文气质和意境的新古典空间。
Relying on the high-quality platform of Tiandikang International Compound Living Area and the first phase of a new Asian villa in the noble international living area, this project combines the international quality with the eastern context and combines the bustling city with nature Ecological organic combination, creating a rich new Asian Villa style. The roof of the villa adopts the design of large roof with large sloping roof to highlight the rich Han and Tang dynasties, and it is harmoniously interdependent with the vertical and vertical facade with simple texture. And 30% of the large area of stone and red brown brick facade of the building facade together outline the rich and varied architectural texture, highlighting the noble texture at the same time more thick cultural heritage. In the space of the clubhouse, designers incorporate conceptual elements of China’s national flower “Peony Flower” in the design of smallpox and window frames and express it in modern ways to create a neoclassical space with a strong humanistic and artistic conception of China.
