株洲电力机车厂党委从1980年开始,建立起一支由党政工团领导和有关部门领导组成的党委中心学习组共25人的报告员队伍。这支队伍坚持每个季度到所属67个基层单位作一次报告,宣传解释党的路线、方针和政策,讲述国际、国内形势,报告国家、铁路、工厂的形势任务,工厂的方针目标及发展战略,宣传工厂的重大改革举措。16年来,这些报告员共下基层作报告2336人次,听报告的职工达到64万人次以上,成为最受全厂职工欢迎的一件事。 这支报告员队伍之所以能取得实实在在的效果,十几年一以贯之,在于他们做到“四个坚持”:一是坚持党委对报告员队伍的领导。党委要求每位报
Since 1980, Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Works Party Committee has set up a team of 25 rapporteur members of the Party Central Learning Group consisting of the leaders of the party and government workers’ corps and relevant departments.
