目的了解眉山市2006-2007年脊灰疫苗强化免疫实施情况,为今后工作提供依据。方法按照省脊灰疫苗强化免疫活动实施方案搜集资料,用Exec l软件进行统计分析。结果0～3岁摸底登记儿童27 191人,其中流动儿童1 378人,占登记儿童的5.07%。报告接种率第1轮96.90%,第2轮97.42%,其中流动儿童接种率第1轮92.12%,第2轮93.24%;现场快速调查360人,接种率第1轮95.00%,第2轮95.56%。结论眉山市2006-2007年2轮脊灰疫苗强化免疫报告及调查接种率达到了95%以上目标,但流动儿童的免疫接种率应提高。
Objective To understand the implementation status of the poliovirus vaccine in 2006-2007 in Meishan City and provide the basis for future work. Methods According to the implementation plan of provincial poliomyelitis vaccine for intensive immunization, data were collected and analyzed by Exec l software. Results A total of 27 191 children aged 0-3 were enrolled, of whom 1 378 were migrant children, accounting for 5.07% of the registered children. Inoculation rate of 96.90% in the first round and 97.42% in the second round, among which the rate of floating children was 92.12% in the first round and 93.24% in the second round. The number of in-the-spot investigation was 360, with 95.00% in the first round and 95.56 in the second round %. Conclusion The report on the two rounds of poliovirus vaccine intensification and investigation coverage in Meishan from 2006 to 2007 reached the goal of more than 95%. However, the immunization rate of migrant children should be increased.
