笔者于1998年2月以来应用光量子液疗法治疗急性脑梗塞20例收到较满意的效果,现报道如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料 本组20例中男16例,女4例,年龄54～82岁。20例均行颅脑CT检查明确诊断。病程5～11d。 1.2 临床症状 20例患者均意识清醒,语言有不同程度障碍,感觉障碍,都有偏瘫。其中伴高血压者6例,糖尿病4例。 1.3 治疗方法 应用5％GS 250ml加复方丹参10支,生理盐水250ml加脑活素Cer-ebrolysin)10ml作为载体。取一次性石英输液器一根固定在治疗仪(镇江希尔斯仪器有限公司HT—5LS多功能量子液疗仪)上,排气,选好穿刺部消毒,穿刺一次成功。首次照射开始速度为30～40d/min,无任何不适反应则第2次以后50～60d/min,每次治疗约1h。 复方丹参和脑活素15次为一疗程,每个患者可行1～2疗程。每天一次,除个别患者出现特别兴奋以外可隔日一次。 1.4 治疗效果 本组治疗共330人次,15次一疗程18例,2个疗程2例。在应用该疗法治疗5次后出现疗效8例,11例于治疗7次后出现疗效,1例效差(重症)。主要是偏瘫肢体肌力增加1～2级,语言较前改善,头晕脑胀症状减轻或消
