编辑同志:随着《军服管理条例》的颁布实施,军人着装进一步统一和规范,军人形象进一步提高。但是,《条例》未对专武干部和民兵的服装进行统一和明确,更没有将他们的服装纳入军需保障范围,且《条例》中禁止买卖军服。按照中办发[1999]24号文件规定,专武干部应统一着陆军军服。民兵参加军事训练、完成重大任务等也应着军服。在组织大项活动时,现役干部、专武干部和民兵的着装五花八门,有的穿07式军服,有的穿97式服装,有的穿迷彩服,
