本文给出用数字式射频光盘记录和读出系统的200MHz线性声光调制器的设计和测试结果。线性调制Na:YAGSHG(Second-harmonicgeneration)输出的532nm激光束,得到上升时间为8ns,衍射效率大于85%。
This paper presents the design and test results of a 200MHz linear acousto-optic modulator using a digital radio frequency optical disk recording and reading system. The 532 nm laser beam output by linearly modulated Na: YAGSHG (Second-harmonic generation) yields a rise time of 8 ns and a diffraction efficiency greater than 85%.
