本实验之目的是为了解四硼酸钠中的硼能否减轻或消除慢性氟中毒时骨的病变。将大鼠随机分为四组:①正常对照组;②氟中毒组;③硼预防组,④硼治疗组。9个月后同时处死,脱钙,石蜡切片检查肱、股骨哈彿氏管管径大小、密度,骨细胞密度以及骨组织矿化情况。结果显示氟中毒组有明显的慢性氟骨症改变,而给硼的③④二组几乎正常,与氟中毒组有显著差异。结论认为四硼酸钠的硼能有效地拮抗氟对骨的毒性作用而使骨的结构基本正常。硼可预防和治疗慢性氟中毒。
The purpose of this experiment is to understand whether boron in sodium tetraborate can lessen or eliminate bone lesions during chronic fluorosis. The rats were randomly divided into four groups: ① normal control group; ② fluorosis group; ③ boron prevention group, ④ boron treatment group. After 9 months, they were sacrificed at the same time, decalcified, paraffin sections were examined for brachial and femoral head diameter, density, density of bone cells and bone mineralization. The results showed that fluoride poisoning group had significant changes in chronic skeletal fluorosis, while boron to ③ ④ two groups almost normal, and fluorosis group were significantly different. The conclusion is that sodium tetraborate boron can effectively antagonize the toxic effects of fluorine on the bone and make the bone structure basically normal. Boron can prevent and treat chronic fluorosis.
