一、形象上锤炼“三有”首先,有姣好的仪容仪表。它包括人的相貌、衣着、化妆等。因为供销员出外办事,它代表的不再是某个人,而是代表一个企业。从某种意义说,供销员是某个企业的经济实力、文明程度、管理水平和企业文化的缩影。因为为数不少的人相信这样的老话:“小窟里爬不出大蟹”。其次,有朝气蓬勃的气质。姣好的仪容仪表,不能说明有朝气蓬勃的气质。即使把皇袍披在阿Q的身上,他也不见得有帝王的风采。不落俗套、朝气蓬勃的气质来源于受教育的程度和生活经济的文化环境氛围,同时也靠丰富的生活经验和潜心的知识积累。供销员具备这样的气质,让客户相信他所供职的单位是有实力的,他所从事的买卖是有生命力
