为了比较硬质沥青及其混合料疲劳性能的优劣,进行了A-30#、A-70#和SBS改性沥青及其混合料的疲劳性能对比试验。用压力老化后残留沥青的动态剪切试验评价了3种沥青的疲劳性能,对相应的4种沥青混合料进行了三点弯曲疲劳对比试验。结果表明:不同温度时,3种沥青的抗疲劳性能大小顺序一致,优劣次序为:SBS改性沥青>A-70#沥青>A-30#沥青。无论是AC-20还是AC-25,在相同应力条件下,A-30#硬质沥青混合料的疲劳寿命都要优于SBS改性或A-70#沥青混合料。硬质沥青与其混合料的疲劳性能结果不一致,主要由于最佳油石比和沥青老化两方面因素的影响。建议A-30#硬质沥青混合料可以用于中下面层,并有利于提高沥青路面疲劳寿命。
In order to compare the fatigue performance of hard asphalt and its mixtures, the fatigue tests of A-30 #, A-70 # and SBS modified asphalt and their mixtures were carried out. The fatigue properties of three kinds of asphalt were evaluated by the dynamic shear tests of residual asphalt after pressure aging. Three kinds of asphalt mixtures were subjected to three-point bending fatigue test. The results show that the order of fatigue resistance of the three kinds of asphalt is the same at different temperatures, the order of preference is: SBS modified asphalt> A-70 # asphalt> A-30 # asphalt. Whether AC-20 or AC-25, the fatigue life of A-30 # hard asphalt mixture is better than SBS modified or A-70 # asphalt mixture under the same stress conditions. The results of the fatigue performance of the hard asphalt and its mixtures are inconsistent, mainly due to the influence of the best ratio of asbestos and the aging of the asphalt. Recommendations A-30 # hard asphalt mixture can be used in the lower surface, and help to improve the fatigue life of asphalt pavement.
