β_2微球蛋白(β_2m)系由100个氨基酸组成的一个单链的低分子蛋白质,是HLA抗原的一部分为代表恒定的轻链,存在于所有带核的细胞膜上,其在血清和尿液中浓度,可用于监测肾小球性及肾小管性肾疾病。在慢性炎症病灶和肿瘤时,血清β_2m水平可增高。本文作者对肾细胞癌患者术前血清β_2m水平作观察,对40例肾细胞癌患者观察血清β_2m值,(男性27例,女性13例),年龄33~79岁,平均54.8岁。血标本均在术前采集,以排除因肾功能损害所造成的假阳性,同样,血清肌酐超过1.4mg/dl不在本研究之内(3/43=7%)。患者按肿瘤分期分组如下:4例
