厉行法治是深受人治之害的中国人民的美好渴望。“五四”以来,不少民族精英为争取法治社会的到来浴血奋战。然而,可悲的是,时至今日很多人(包括一些身居各个方面领导职位的人在内)并不知道法治为何物。因此,我认为,对中国人民进行法治精神的启蒙教育,是厉行法治的必要前提。当前,首先要使人们知道法治为何物。 To enforce the rule of law is a wonderful yearning for the Chinese people, deeply rooted in the rule of man. Since the May 4th Movement, many ethnic elites have fought bloody battles for the arrival of a society ruled by law. However, sadly, so far, many people (including some in leadership positions in various fields) do not know what the rule of law means. Therefore, I think it is a necessary prerequisite for practicing the rule of law to educate the Chinese people about the initiation of the rule of law. At present, we must first make people know what the rule of law is.
