以12种人癌系作体外移动性的比较研究。结果指出:内源性层粘连蛋白(L_N)阳性的人肺巨细胞癌移动能力最强。当加上外源性L_N时除上述癌系移动性增加更明显外,原内源性L_N阴性,低移动性的11系中的两系(人肺巨细胞癌亚系和肺腺癌)的移动性也明显地加强了。表明某些癌细胞的体外移动性与内、外源性L_N之间存在着密切的相关性。
A comparative study of in vitro mobility of 12 human cancer lines was performed. The results indicate that human lung giant cell carcinoma with LN positive endogenously has the highest mobility. When the exogenous L_N was added, the two endogenous LN-negative, low-mobility 11-line systems (human lung giant cell carcinoma sub-lineage and lung adenocarcinoma) were more common than the above-mentioned cancerous lineages. Mobility has also significantly increased. It shows that there is a close correlation between the in vitro mobility of certain cancer cells and the exogenous and exogenous L_N.
