研究了内层为含碳球团、外层为精矿粉的双层结构复合含碳球团的软熔滴落性能,研究结果表明:双层含碳球团随温度升高,表现为先略微膨胀后有2段快速收缩的过程;当球团碳氧物质的量比为2∶3时,双层球团开始软化温度比普通球团高30℃左右,软化终了温度相差不大;当球团碳氧物质的量比为1∶1时,双层球团软化终了温度比普通球团低30℃左右,开始软化温度相差不大;在配碳量相同的条件下,双层含碳球团的开始熔化温度和开始滴落温度较低。
