目的对双眼同期人工晶体植入术进行临床分析，探讨双眼同期人工晶体植入术的手术时机。方法对36例双眼白内障患者行白内障囊外摘除术加人工晶体植入术，双眼平均间隔6.4天。结果36例患者出院时双眼视力≥0．5者28例，占77．8％，随诊2月至3年双眼视力≥0．5者30例，占83．3％，无1例因严重并发症而影响视力者。结论双眼同期人工晶体植入术切实可行，有重要的临床意义。
Objective To analyze the clinical features of simultaneous intraocular lens implantation in both eyes and to explore the timing of bilateral intraocular lens implantation. Methods Thirty - six patients with binocular cataract underwent extracapsular cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation. The average interval between eyes was 6.4 days. Results 36 cases of binocular vision ≥ 0.5 at discharge 28 cases, accounting for 77.8%, followed up for 2 months to 3 years binocular vision ≥ 0.5 in 30 cases, accounting for 83.3%, none of the cases due to serious Complications affect the eyesight. Conclusions Bilateral simultaneous intraocular lens implantation is feasible and has important clinical significance.
