高等教育部直属高等院校校际“晶体缺陷与金属强度”学术讨论会于1964年11月30日至12月6日在南京召开,参加会议的有来自全国29个高等院校与科研机构的代表44名。会议收到论支53篇,宣读了37篇。从这些论文中可以看出过去几年内各高等院校在“晶体缺陷与金属强度”这个领域内的研究工作已有了很大发展,论文质量也有所提高。在晶体缺陷的实验观察方面,大部分论文是和位错的直接观察有关的,应用的方法有浸蚀法和X射线法;所研究的材料包括金属中的钼、锌、铝,半导体中的硅与锗,离子晶体氯化钠等。其中在发
