目前国内、外研究内耳柯氏器、血管纹主要用豚鼠.在耳蜗铺片并结合电镜、冰冻蚀刻、示踪等新技术已积累了丰富经验,而用猕猴作耳蜗铺片进行柯氏器、血管纹的组织学研究未见报道.猕猴及人类的耳蜗埋藏在厚而坚硬的颞骨岩部之中,如何解决耳蜗铺片、锇酸显色这是个困难问题,尚待解决.近年我们进行了这方面的探索并获得成功.9例广西猕猴耳蜗铺片观察,取得满意结果.技术关键是: 1、灌流固定要做好:必须掌握好速度与压力,灌流进入时间在开胸后8-10分钟内完成,压力以灌流瓶高于动物心脏90公分
