由于油阻尼振动子的阻尼率不易改变,因而作振动子幅频特性试验时,只能作(?)=0.7左右的一条幅频特性曲线。本文采用电磁阻尼振动子作为试验振动子,其阻尼率与外电阻(包括信号源电阻)有关,信号源输出电阻又与信号输出旋纽的位置有关。经过多次试验,测出了信号源输出电阻的变化规律,同时在信号源支路上串接一个较大的电阻,使外电阻计算简化,试验误差也降到2%以下.利用这种方法,可以容易地对任意数值的阻尼率作出振动子的幅频特性曲线.
Because the damping rate of the oil damping vibrator is not easy to change, so for the vibration amplitude-frequency characteristics of the test, only for (?) = 0.7 about a amplitude-frequency characteristic curve. In this paper, the electromagnetically damped vibrator is used as the experimental vibrator, and the damping ratio is related to the external resistance (including the signal source resistance). The output resistance of the signal source is related to the position of the signal output knob. After many tests, the variation law of the output resistance of the signal source was measured, and a large resistance was connected in series with the signal source to simplify the calculation of the external resistance and the experimental error was also reduced below 2% The amplitude-frequency characteristic of the vibrator can easily be made for any numerical damping rate.
