张廷济(1768~1848年),字叔未,号未亭,原名张济,字汝霖,号说舟,又号海岳庵门下弟子,晚号眉寿老人,浙江秀水(嘉兴)新篁人。他一生醉心于金石,搜罗富有,并筑“清仪阁”庋藏,是清乾嘉道时期著名的金石学家、书法家、印学家。在其家族雄厚的经济实力支持下,通过频繁地出行交游,张廷济获取了大量金石古器物,也使其与同时代名流学者如阮元、翁方纲、朱为弼、张燕昌等
