目的观察横结肠间置手术治疗胃癌和食管下段癌患者的临床效果。方法将86例胃癌和食管下段癌患者,按照临床选择的不同手术方法分为观察组和对照组各43例,观察组将行横结肠间置手术治疗,对照组行食管空肠吻合手术治疗,比较2组效果、营养状况及并发症情况。结果观察组手术时间、钡餐排空时间均短于对照组,治疗前后体质量差值、血浆蛋白及血红蛋白水平均高于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃癌和食管下段癌患者行横结肠间置手术治疗能够缩短手术时间,改善患者营养状况,且减少并发症的发生,值得临床推广及应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of transverse colon interposition surgery in patients with gastric cancer and lower esophageal cancer. Methods 86 cases of gastric cancer and lower esophageal cancer patients were divided into observation group and control group according to different clinical options. 43 cases were treated by transvaginal intercostal surgery in the observation group and esophageal jejunum anastomosis was performed in the control group. Group effects, nutritional status and complications. Results The operation time and barium meal emptying time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group. The differences in body weight, plasma protein and hemoglobin before and after treatment were higher in the observation group than those in the control group. The overall complication rate was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Surgical treatment of gastric cancer and esophageal lower segment carcinoma with transverse colon can shorten the operation time, improve the nutritional status of patients and reduce the occurrence of complications, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
