杨树溃疡病[Botryosphaeria ribis(To-de)Gross.et Dugg]在我国北方栽培杨树地区分布普遍,危害60多种杨树,特别是对一些光皮树种(如箭杆杨、北京杨等),危害更为严重,常造成树木大量死亡,给生产带来巨大损失。多年来,我国的研究工作者,对该病的分布、病源、发病规律以及树种的抗病性等方面作了大量工作,取得了显著成绩,为进一步研究该病害的防治提供了科学依据,但在病害防治方面,研究尚少。为了解决生产上急待解决的防治问题,从1973年开始,我们在调查病害分布范围,观察其发生发展规律,以及进行人工接种试验的同时,先后共选用了20种杀菌剂,进行了室内药效测定和室外防治试验,现就试验结果总结如下。
