多年来,不管是宁波还是其他城市,城管执法之殇都是一个无法回避的问题。尽管城管执法冲突是城市化进程中的产物,但也并非解不开的死结。只要搞清楚其内在原因,分析其共同特征,便能在一定程度上找到减少、预防或阻止冲突事件发生的办法。近日,本刊记者就此问题采访了宁波市城管局(市城管行政执法局)宣教处处长徐谟开。记者:能否请先简单介绍一下我市城管执法工作的基本情况?徐谟开:我市城管执法工作自2002年开展以来,已走过了14个年头。目前全大市共有14个城管执法局(城管执法大队)、133个中队,执法队员1368名、协管员3047名。14年来,
