介绍了一种由双通道涡流探伤议组成的抽油杆无损探伤系统。根据抽油杆检测的特殊性在探伤系统中引入一个特殊的接口设备,用于完成检测探头的信号分配、预处理及系统控制。特殊设计的检测探头可以消除抽油杆材质不均匀及表面粗糙度带来的测量误差。为了保证测量的准确性,机械系统必须实现检测探头对抽油杆的快速平稳扫测。
A sucker rod non-destructive testing system composed of two-channel eddy current testing is introduced. According to the particularity of the sucker rod detection, a special interface device is introduced into the detection system to accomplish the signal distribution, pretreatment and system control of the detection probe. Specially designed test probes eliminate measurement errors caused by uneven sucker rod material and surface roughness. In order to ensure the accuracy of the measurement, the mechanical system must achieve fast and stable detection of the sucker rod by the detection probe.
