目的探讨克罗米酚联合十子衍宗汤在治疗不育症中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析2009年3月～2012年3月我院采用克罗米酚联合十子衍宗汤治疗的48例不育症患者的临床资料,并以同期单纯采用十子衍宗汤治疗的48例患者作为对照组,比较两组患者治疗效果和不良反应的发生率。结果治疗后观察组患者精子常规检查指标明显优于对照组患者,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访6个月后,观察组患者成功受孕的几率明显高于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论克罗米酚联合十子衍宗汤治疗不育症疗效确切,不良反应轻微,值得在临床上推广使用。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of clomiphene and Shi Ziyuan Zongtang in the treatment of infertility. Methods The clinical data of 48 infertile patients treated with clomiphene and Shi Ziyuan Zong Tang in our hospital from March 2009 to March 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. 48 patients as a control group, the treatment effect and adverse reaction rates were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the observation group sperm routine examination indicators were significantly better than the control group, the difference between groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). After 6 months of follow-up, the probability of successful conception in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Clomiphene combined with Shi Ziyin Zong Tang treatment of infertility curative effect is exact, minor adverse reactions, it is worth to promote the clinical use.
