天津教育第七期發表了一區中心霍瑞鸿同志‘改進中的五年級丙班’一文,我讀完了覺得霍同志在作‘課堂秩序很亂,上課鈴響過五分鐘,還不能安靜下來……’這樣一班的班任,雖然起初‘向行政提出不願教這一班’‘後經行政的鼓勵與帮助’而堅定了信心。‘盡自己最大能力來對待工作’並且鑽研出許多方式方法而渐渐‘在講課當中能作到有秩序的提問题,絕大多數同學能安心聽講’。這一種鑽研業務,努力工作,爲人民教育事業服務的精神,是值得我們學習的。但在具體方法方面,我覺得有不太恰當的地方,願提出與大家研究:
