近半个世纪以来由于工业的发展,全球环境污染问题日益突出。为了减少有毒有害物质对人体的危害以及对环境的污染,人们越来越关注产品中的铅、砷、汞、镉等有害金属元素的含量,越来越广泛地使用无毒害的、性质比较稳定的材料和产品。3D打印行业是一个快速发展的新兴产业。3D打印也已逐步应用于制造业的各个领域,范畴包括航空、航天、汽车、机械、建筑、珠宝、金属制品、化工、医疗、卫生、教育等等行业。3D打印材料的安全性是必须进行监控的项目。运用ICP、分光光度计等仪器对3D打印材料中有毒有害金属元素含量的检测方法进行研究,建立了精密度好、准确度高、检测限低的检测方法。

The detection methods of toxic and harmful metal elements in 3D printing materials were studied by using ICP and spectrophotometer, and the detection methods with good precision, high accuracy and low detection limit were established.
