以健康有牙颌者5名及无牙颌者4名为对象,使用体积描记法(IMP)及反射型光电体积描记法(RPP),哎上颌口腔粘膜各部达到疼痛程度的负重,把抗压限度负重时的阻抗值(Ω)与反射光量的变化(mv)作为血液和组织液的移动量,求其值,以此值为指标,对各负重量及移动量的关系进行了分析:1)有牙颌者与无牙颌者的抗压限度负重:左右侧腭中央部为最高值,其次顺序为腭侧双尖牙部,切牙乳头后方部,颊侧各部。2)有牙颌与无牙颌两者的耐压限度负重:腭侧高,有颊舌侧差,无左右侧差。
Five healthy edentulous and four edentulous persons were enrolled in this study. Emphysematous (IMP) and reflective photoplethysmography (RPP) were performed on each part of the maxillary oral mucosa. The impedance (Ω) and the reflected light amount (mv) at the time of limit load are used as the movement amount of the blood and the tissue fluid, and the relationship between the amount of the weight and the movement amount is analyzed based on the value: The maxillary compressive limit of the patients with orbital jaw and maxillofacial height was the highest in the central part of the left and right palate, followed by the bicuspid teeth in the palatal side, the posterior part in the palatal part and the buccal part. 2) There is the pressure limit of both dentition and edentulous bearing: palatal height, buccal and lingual side, no left and right side difference.
