党的十八大和十八届三中全会精神,对推进协商民主广泛多层制度化发展,坚持和完善中国共产党领导的多党合作和政治协商制度等提出明确要求,我们要深入学习领会,认真贯彻落实,坚持和完善以往的好经验、好做法,进一步推动协商民主和多党合作事业蓬勃发展。湖南省委历来十分重视协商民主建设和多党合作事业发展。近年来,先后出台《中共湖南省委政治协商规程(试行)》、《中共湖南省委关于加强党同党外人士合作共事的意见》等一系列规范性文件,协商民主和多党合作事业发展成效明显。
The 18th CPC National Congress and the Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China put forward explicit requirements on promoting the extensive multi-layered institutionalization of consultative democracy, upholding and perfecting the system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation under the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party, and we must study and understand in depth, Conscientiously implement it, persist in and improve previous good experiences and good practices, and further promote consultative democracy and vigorous development of multi-party cooperation. Hunan Provincial Party Committee has always attached great importance to consultative democracy and the development of multi-party cooperation. In recent years, a series of normative documents such as the CPC Hunan Provincial Party Committee Political Consultative Regulations (for Trial Implementation) and the Opinions of Hunan Provincial Party Committee on Strengthening Party Cooperation and Co-operation with Non-Party Individuals have been promulgated successively to discuss the development of democracy and multi-party cooperation Effective results.
