利用扫描电镜和硬度计研究了20CrMo钢经普通正火和锻后余热等温正火的组织和性能。结果表明:等温正火可获得铁素体+珠光体的平衡组织,且组织显微硬度差异小,具有良好的切削加工性能。
The microstructure and properties of 20CrMo steel were studied by means of SEM and hardness tester after normalizing and forging heat after isothermal normalizing. The results show that isothermal normalizing can obtain the equilibrium structure of ferrite + pearlite, and the difference of microhardness of the microstructure is small, which has good machinability.
