基于S·Popovics关于混凝土需水量的独立性原理和K程序 ,我们提出了一种易于实现的混凝土搅拌系统稠度控制方案 :先根据人工操作经验数据初步建立稳态稠度与需水量的关系模型 ;然后动态在线测定中间稳态稠度 ,并根据终点目标稠度与中间稳态稠度的差值进行数值估算 ,从而决定补加水量 ,使混凝土终点稠度达到工程要求的合格区
Based on S · Popovics’s independence principle and K program of concrete water demand, we propose an easy-to-implement concrete mixing system consistency control scheme: Firstly, establish the relationship model between steady-state consistency and water demand according to the data of manual operation; Dynamic online determination of the intermediate steady-state consistency, and according to the end of the target consistency and the median steady-state consistency of the difference between the value of the estimate, so as to determine the amount of additional water, so that the end of the concrete consistency to meet the engineering requirements of qualified area
