快乐是人们对幸福生活的追求。在当今幼儿园管理工作中,让一名教师在教育工作中感受快乐、体验成功,这是管理者的职责所在。近年来,我园尝试着将教研活动面向每一位教师,在不同的活动中,教师尝试着主角和配角、讲师和听众等不同的角色转换。在集体研讨中,让更多的教师由静变动,保持积极思维的状态,打破过去“一言堂”“你讲我听”的现象,平等地讨论、平等地对话、平等地操作、平等地合作。通过多方位、多途径的方式来提高教学成效。
Happiness is the pursuit of happiness for people. In today’s kindergarten management, let a teacher feel happy in education, experience the success, it is the manager’s job.
