在80例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(OSA)患者研究了单次及长期应用经鼻连续气道正压通气(CPAP)治疗对血细胞比容(HCT)的作用。患者与方法 80例确诊为OSA综合征的患者,连续两夜应用多导睡眠仪进行监测。第1夜建立OSA诊断;第2夜经鼻面罩应用CPAP治疗,其压力从0.294kPa开始,逐渐增加直至呼吸暂停和打鼾消失,且胸内压振幅减少至最低程度,于两夜的翌晨采血测定HCT、红细胞计数(RCC)和血红蛋白(Hb)浓度,
