机床颤振的在线监控是计算机数控机床技术发展的一个关键。本文发展了以模式识别方法对机床颤振进行在线监视和以在线调整机床的主轴转速与走刀量来抑制及防止颤振的技术。试验表明,这种无颤振的机床技术思想与方法是可行的和有效的。
The online monitoring of machine flutter is a key to the development of computer numerical control machine tool technology. In this paper, we have developed a technique of pattern recognition based on on-line monitoring of machine flutter and on-line adjustment of spindle speed and cutting speed to suppress and prevent flutter. Experiments show that this chatter-free machine tool technology idea and method is feasible and effective.
