利用十八烷基硅胶(ODS)作固定相的反相离子对高效液相色谱(HPLC)分离和检测溴酸盐-硫代硫酸盐体系反应过程中的各个物种。在流动相中加入离子对试剂(四乙基氢氧化铵(TEAOH)和四丙基氢氧化铵(TPAOH)会使分离物质的峰形和保留时间发生变化。TEAOH能使硫氧阴离子的保留时间大大缩短,但是量太大会降低溴酸盐和硫氧阴离子的分离效果。如果流动相中TPAOH的量太小,则各物质分离不完全;如果TPAOH的量越大,则保留时间越长。采用TEAOH和TPAOH混合离子对试剂,在溴酸盐-硫代硫酸盐体系反应过程中实现了各物质的高效快速分离和反应动力学追踪。
High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used for the separation and detection of various species during the reaction of bromate-thiosulfate system with reversed phase ion-pair of octadecyl silica gel (ODS) as the stationary phase.
