目的:促进我院辛伐他汀的合理应用。方法:调查我院门、急诊药房在2010年含有辛伐他汀的西药处方,对处方中存在药物相互作用的情况加以汇总、分析。结果与结论:共收集到含辛伐他汀处方5802张,其中有961张为不合理用药,尤以氨氯地平联合辛伐他汀最为普遍(6.1%),说明我院药物不合理联用处方仍存在,需医师和药师共同努力,促进临床用药更加安全、合理。
Objective: To promote the rational use of simvastatin in our hospital. Methods: To investigate the prescriptions of simvastatin in western medicine hospital and emergency pharmacy in 2010, and to summarize and analyze the existence of drug interactions in the prescription. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: A total of 5802 simvastatin prescriptions were collected, of which 961 were unreasonable, especially amlodipine combined with simvastatin (6.1%), indicating that unreasonable use of prescription drugs in our hospital There is a need for physicians and pharmacists to work together to promote clinical medication safer and more reasonable.
