随着我国市场经济的飞速发展,国家投入了大量资金在社会基础设施建设上,高速公路建设也取得了很大的成就,施工技术和质量方面也得到了很大的提升,但是高速运营企业也难免会面临较大的建设成本和经济效益下降的问题,因此高速公路运营企业必须通过不断加强内部控制来提升自身的经济效益,这样才能够获得长期稳定的发展。本文从高速公路运营企业加强内部控制的作用和关键出发,分析了高速公路运营企业内部控制工作的现状,并提出了几点高速公路运营企业加强内部控制提升经济效益的建议,目的在于提高高速公路运营企业的内部控制水平,促进经济效益的提高,更好的为广大人民群众提供高质量的高速公路服务。
