该文用偏最小二乘法(PLS)校正了火焰原子吸收分析中Co 253.649nm对Hg253.652nm的吸收线重叠干扰,对合成样中Hg和Co的测定结果令人满意.PLS法是原于吸收谱线重叠干扰的有效校正方法.
In this paper, partial least square method (PLS) is used to correct the interference overlap of absorption line of Co 253.649nm and Hg253.652nm in flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The determination results of Hg and Co in synthetic samples are satisfactory. PLS method is the original correction of overlap line interference absorption method.
