随着我国体制改革不断加深,水利水电工程施工企业也在不断改革着其经营管理体制。对于水利水电工程施工安全管理,主要是保护施工人员的安全,保证工程质量,使得工程如期保质保量的完成,加强社会基础设施建设。随着市场经济制度的不断发展,水利水电施工安全管理工作必须与时俱进,提高自身管理水平。
