已公开现行文件利用工作,是档案部门服务社会发展、服务经济建设、服务广大人民群众根本利益的一个新的工作亮点。做好已公开现行文件利用工作,对全面贯彻落实党和国家的各项方针政策,密切党与人民群众的联系,加快经济发展,促进社会和谐稳定,将起到积极的推动作用。为把已公开现行文件利用工作做深、做细、做实,应着重抓好以下几项工作。
The open utilization of the existing documents has made the archives department a new bright spot in serving the social development, serving the economic construction and serving the fundamental interests of the broad masses of the people. Doing a good job of using the existing documents openly will have a positive impetus to the full implementation of the various principles and policies of the party and state, close ties between the party and the people, quickening economic development and promoting social harmony and stability. In order to deepen, refine and make use of the existing and open documents, we should focus on the following tasks.
