目的 以丈夫无乙型肝炎病毒(HBV) 感染标志的4 例女性携带者与妻子无HBV 感染标志的6 例男性携带者及子宫内感染HBV 的胎儿为对象,研究子宫内传播中HBVS区的变异。方法 以双脱氧链末端终止法检测母儿、父儿所携HBVS区451 ~660 位核苷酸序列。结果 母儿、父儿间同源性98% ~100 % ,检出491 、494 、530、546、581 位点变异致使113 、114 、126 、131、143 位氨基酸替代,其中126、131 、143 位氨基酸变异为多。结论 子宫内传播的HBV 存在S基因变异
OBJECTIVES: To study the variation of HBV S region in uterine transmission in 4 women with her husband without hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection and 6 males with no HBV infection sign and with fetuses infected with HBV in utero . Methods The nucleotide sequence of 451 ~ 660 nucleotides in HBVS harboring mother and father were detected by dideoxy chain termination method. Results There was 98% ~ 100% homology between maternal and females. Mutations 491, 494, 530, 546 and 581 were detected, which resulted in amino acid substitutions of 113, 114, 126, 131 and 143, among which 126,131 and 143 Amino acid variation as much. Conclusion Intrauterine transmission of HBV has S gene variation
