目的探索降低碱法提取虎杖中白藜芦醇溶媒和碱消耗的措施以及罐组式动态逆流技术(MCE)提取的最佳中试工艺条件。方法应用MCE对虎杖中的白藜芦醇进行提取,采用正交试验法,对影响白藜芦醇中试提取的3个主要因素:CaO与料比例、浸提单元组数以及料液比进行极差分析和方差分析,并将筛选工艺与目前常规的单罐浸提工艺进行对比分析。结果 CaO与料比例对实验结果存在显著影响,MCE工艺优于单罐提取工艺。结论虎杖中白藜芦醇MCE提取的最佳中试工艺条件:CaO与料比例为6∶100,浸提单元组数为4个单元,料液比为1∶5,其相比于单罐浸提工艺更适合于工业化生产。
OBJECTIVE: To explore ways to reduce the medium and alkali consumption of resveratrol in Polygonum cuspidatum and the best pilot-scale process conditions for tank group dynamic countercurrent extraction (MCE). Methods MCE was used to extract resveratrol from Polygonum cuspidatum. The orthogonal test was used to study the effects of three factors on the extraction of resveratrol: the ratio of CaO to material, the number of extraction units and the ratio of material to liquid Range analysis and analysis of variance, and the screening process and the current conventional single-tank leaching process for comparative analysis. Results The ratio of CaO to material had a significant effect on the experimental results. The MCE process was superior to the single-tank extraction process. Conclusion The optimum conditions for the extraction of resveratrol MCE from Polygonum cuspidatum are as follows: the ratio of CaO to material is 6: 100, the number of extraction units is 4 units, the ratio of material to liquid is 1: 5, Leaching process is more suitable for industrial production.
