自新课程改革实施以来,我省的各个学校在教科研管理与课堂教学方面进行了多种模式的探索。改革之初,很多学校缺乏专家的引领,他们模仿先进的经验及实施模式,在学校内“依葫芦画瓢”地建立起新的制度、办法。但随着改革的不断推进,他们发现,一味地效仿、照搬并不能解决新课程对学校提出的日益复杂、高标准的要求,于是一些学校开始尝试立足本校实际,创造性地开展各项工作。晋城市城区王台中学通过深入思考与积极探索,构建了关于教科研管理方式、教师培养机制、常规教学操作模式及制度保障机制等一整套校本研训的工作思路与实践经验。经过两年的改革探索,学校的校本研训已取得初步成果,并促进了学校的发展,使学校在原有基础上跨上了新的台阶。
Since the implementation of the new curriculum reform, various schools in our province have conducted many modes of exploration in the aspects of teaching management and classroom teaching. At the beginning of the reform, many schools lacked the lead of experts. They imitated the advanced experience and the mode of implementation, and set up new systems and methods in schools to “draw on the gourd”. However, as the reform progressed, they found that blindly copying and copying did not solve the increasingly complicated and high-standard requirements of the new curriculum. Therefore, some schools started to try their own creative work on the basis of their actual situation. Through deep thinking and active exploration, Wangtai Middle School in Jincheng City has constructed a series of work ideas and practical experiences on a set of school-based training such as teaching and research management, teacher training mechanism, normal teaching operation mode and system guarantee mechanism. After two years of reform and exploration, school-based training in schools has achieved initial success and has promoted the development of schools so that the school has stepped up to a new level on the basis of its existing foundation.
