热轧钢板快速冷却的水力设备多年来是在不断改进的实验和理论研究基础上发展起来的。它由最早的喷淋冷却系统改进为虹吸管冷却系统或曲管冷却系统,近来又发展到水幕冷却系统。本文是从“流体动力学”观点来分析这种设备的发展过程的。即它是由高压发展到低压冷却系统;由紊流流股发展到层流流股的冷却系统。按照流体力学理论,这种改进和发展是完全合理和必要的。它明显的提高了水的利用效率、冷却的均匀度和板材的质量。
Hydraulic equipment for the rapid cooling of hot-rolled steel has been developed over the years on the basis of continuously improved experimental and theoretical research. It has been upgraded from the earliest spray cooling system to a siphon cooling system or a curved tube cooling system and has recently evolved into a water curtain cooling system. This article is from the “fluid dynamics” point of view to analyze the development of this equipment. That is, it develops from high pressure to low pressure cooling system; from turbulent flow to laminar flow cooling system. According to the theory of fluid mechanics, this kind of improvement and development is completely reasonable and necessary. It significantly improves water use efficiency, cooling uniformity and board quality.
