The all-Su science and technology seminars are generally held every three years. “The 3rd Symposium on the Construction of Non-waste Mechanization for All-Span Pile Foundations” was held on September 9-13, 1991 in Vladivostok, Soviet Union. The organizer is the Far Eastern Architectural Engineering Design and Technology Research Institute (referred to as the Far East Institute of Engineering). The participating organizations include the Soviet Union’s State Construction Commission’s Department of Construction of the Soviet Academy of Engineering Science, the Far East, and the later Galerese Regional Scientific Coordination Committee for Construction Projects, and the Soviet Union. Soil mechanics and foundation
