在兰州石化公司 80kt/a流化床溶剂脱蜡工业试验装置上对流化床溶剂脱蜡新工艺进行了工业开发 ,取得了突破性进展 ,基本实现了工业化正常操作 ,在国内外首次使该工艺实现工业化。工业开发表明 ,流化床脱蜡工艺与现有脱蜡工艺相比具有设备总传热系数高 ( 450～ 10 0 0W /(m2 ·K) ) ,油收率高 (与冷点工艺比提高 5个百分点以上 ) ,蜡中油含量低 (与冷点工艺比二段过滤蜡的油含量降低 4～ 5个百分点 ) ,工艺和溶剂组成都对原料变化的适应性强等优点
